"I Trust Myself. For I have learned from my bets of yesterday, so I will do better tomorrow because I'm doing my best today." - Steven O. Lynn
Backstory Coming Soon....
Life is like a bike, on the rough streets of trouble
Pedal rotating in confidence, guided by the sailing wheels of courage
Despite black wounds of humiliation and the watchful judging eyes
A resounding body of focus, extends its limbs to grip determination by the weathered handles
Growing winds of resistance challenge any leg of solid persistence
Leaning for the bitter ground of hurts to slow the rushing blood of dreams,
Letting it spill past the broad arms of time,
Leaving one still with a fallen frame of reference
And yet, the sturdy feet of stubbornness can place you back on faith’s cushioned seat
Budding muscles of motivation and the gutsy stance of love propels the continuous motion of success
Past the memories of countless falls
The balancing act of life on the gravity defying bike known as hope
Lingering in the warm breaths of consciousness that we shall find our unique rhythm under the bright sunshine of certainty and in the mysteries of murky rain clouds
This, my first time, learning to ride with my own weight...frightens me
The choice to do it anyways is a drumming heartbeat of trust,
That I am now willing to fall again and again and again and again till I have trailed the distance, balanced and free
